Ingredients
For Manchurian Balls:
Cabbage
2 cups, grated
Salt
to taste (for mixing with cabbage)
Boiled Potato
30 g, mashed
Ginger
1 tsp, chopped
Green Chilli
1 tsp, chopped
Refined Flour
2 tsp
Corn Flour
1 tsp
Oil
for deep frying (amount as needed)
For the Sauce:
Catch Veg Manchurian Masala
1 packet
Water
2 cups (300 ml)
For Stir-Frying:
Chopped Vegetables
100 g (Onion, Capsicum)
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
For Manchurian Balls- Take 2 cup grated cabbage Mix little salt & squeeze the water from it. In a bowl take cabbage, 30g boiled Potato 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp Refined flour, 1 tsp Corn Flour & salt to taste mix this all. Make small balls & deep fry on slow flame till golden brown
Step 2
Mix Catch Veg Manchurian Masala in 2 cup (300ml) water
Step 3
Stir-fry 100g of Chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum) for 2 min
Step 4
Add masala mixture, Manchurian Balls and bring to boil and cook for 2-3 min. Serve hot with Rice & Noodles
