Garlic (minced)

Ginger (minced)

Sweetcorn (frozen or fresh)
2 cups
Water
1-2 cups
Catch Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Sugar
1 tbsp
Cornflour slurry
2 tbsp (mix 1 tbsp cornflour with 2 tbsp water)
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
In a deep cooking pan, add oil. Add chopped ginger, garlic, celery, onion, French beans, and carrots. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Blend sweetcorn with some water until smooth.
Step 3
Add the corn paste to the sautéed vegetables. Stir in water, freshly crushed black pepper, vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, and cornflour slurry.
Step 4
Let this cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Turn off the heat and serve immediately, topped with freshly crushed black pepper and spring onion greens.
