Ingredients
Mutton (cooked)
500g
Oil
2 tbsp
Shallots
10-12 (sliced)
Catch Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tbsp
Curry Leaves
a few sprigs
Tomatoes
2 (chopped)
Catch Meat Masala
1½ tbsp
Salt
to taste
Fresh Coriander
for garnish (optional)
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a hot Kadai (pan).
Step 2
Add sliced shallots and fry them for about a minute until they turn golden.
Step 3
Add ½ tbsp of Catch Ginger Garlic Paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
Step 4
Toss in curry leaves and chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Step 5
Add the cooked mutton and mix everything well.
Step 6
Sprinkle 1½ tbsp of Catch Meat Masala over the mutton. Adjust salt to taste if needed.
Step 7
Cook the mixture on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the water reduces and the mutton is well-coated with the spices.
Step 8
Garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
Step 9
Serve hot with chapati or rice!
