Recipe Instructions
Step 1
In a Bowl marinate Chicken with Salt, Catch Turmeric, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste and keep it for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat Half of ghee and cook the chicken for 5-6 Minute till 80% done on medium flame. Once it done empty in a bowl.
Step 3
Now heat pan add 20ml ghee, Cumin, & Red Chilli Whole sauté it, add Catch Kitchen Art Palak Gravy and cook it for 2 Minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked Chicken and 50 ml water and cook it for 3-4 minutes or till desire consistency.
Step 5
Once its done add Catch Garam Masala, 1 tbsp. butter and remaining ghee, serve hot with Malabar Paratha.
