Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp. of Olive Oil in a pan on low heat and add 1 bay leaf and fry for 5 seconds
Step 2
Now Add 1 finely chopped Onion, sauté on medium flame till the onions become light golden brown.
Step 3
Add all the spices - Kashmiri mirch powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander powder, Kasoori Methi, Salt & cook till masala starts releasing the aroma
Step 4
Add 100 ml Water, Green Pea, Catch Kitchen Art Makhani Gravy, cook for 6 - 8 minutes, stir continue till you get the desired consistency
Step 5
Add 20 ml Cream & Garam Masala.
Step 6
Garnish with Cream & Fresh Coriander
