Ghee/Olive Oil

Cumin Whole

Makhana (Fox Nuts)
30 gms
Green Pea
80 gm
Milk
50 ml
Water
50 ml
Catch Pink Rock Salt
As per taste
Green Chilli Slice
2 nos.
Catch kasoori Methi
For Garnish
Cream
2 tbsp.
Butter
1 tbsp.
Ginger julienne
For Garnish.
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp. Olive Oil/ Ghee, Sauté makhana till light brown, keep aside once its done.
Step 2
Now add cumin seed sauté it, add green pea cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add Water, milk, Kitchen Art White Gravy cook till desire consistency and stir continue.
Step 4
Add Catch Pink Rock salt, sliced green chilli, ginger julienne, cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Check the consistency, add butter, cream, Catch kasuri methi, makhana cook another 1 minutes and mix it well.
Step 6
Serve hot garnished with Fresh Coriander.
