Coriander Leaves

2, puréed + 1 chopped

Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Make a paste of coriander, green chillies, and ginger.
Step 2
Make a coarse paste of 1 cup peas
Step 3
Heat mustard oil, cook peas paste for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add hing, jeera, and dried red chillies to the oil.
Step 5
Add puréed tomatoes, prepared coriander paste, salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala
Step 6
Add the cooked peas paste.
Step 7
Add chopped tomato, boiled potatoes, and 1/2 cup peas.
Step 8
Mix well, add water, and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Serve hot.
