White Gravy

Milk

Water

Saffron

Salt
as per taste
Elaichi Powder

Cream
30 ml
Kasoori Methi

Paneer Kofta

Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp. butter add Kitchen Art White Gravy, 50 ml Water and 50 ml Milk cook for 6-8 minutes, stir continue.
Step 2
Now add saffron, cook again for 3-4 minutes till you get the desired consistency.
Step 3
Add a pinch of Elaichi powder, kasoori methi and 30ml cream.
Step 4
Add Paneer Kofta and remove from heat.
Step 5
Now arrange in serving dish garnish with fried cashew nut.
