Kala chana (black chickpeas), soaked overnight

Oil
1 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Water
as needed
Red chili powder
1 tsp
Turmeric powder
½ tsp
Amchur powder (dried mango powder)
1 tsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
for garnish
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Pressure cook the soaked kala chana with water and salt for 5-6 whistles until tender.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 3
Add the pressure-cooked chana to the pan.
Step 4
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
Step 5
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
