Kacche kele (raw bananas)

Catch jeera (cumin seeds)
1 tsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp
Red chili powder
½ tsp
Turmeric powder
½ tsp
Juice of lemon
½ tsp
Chopped coriander leaves
for garnish
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the kacche kele into pieces and soak them in a bowl of water.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and add jeera. Let it splutter.
Step 3
Drain the water from the kacche kele and add them to the pan.
Step 4
Add 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp red chili powder, and ¼ tsp turmeric powder. Mix well.
Step 5
Let it cook until the kacche kele are tender.
Step 6
Add the juice of half a lemon and mix.
Step 7
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
