Chopped Vegetables
80 g (Capsicum, Carrot, Onion, Cabbage, French Beans)
Oil
4 tbsp
Steamed Rice
6 cups (600 g)
Catch Fried Rice Masala Mix
1 packet
Spring Onion
for garnish, chopped
Coriander
for garnish, chopped (optional)
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Stir fry 80g of chopped vegetables (Capsicum, carrot, onion, Cabbage, French beans) in 4 tbsp oil for 2-3 mins
Step 2
Add 6 cups (600g) of Steamed rice and stir fry
Step 3
Add Catch Fried Rice Masala Mix and stir fry for 1-2 mins. Garnish with Chopped Spring Onion or Chopped Coriander and Serve hot!
