Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan and add almonds. Cook until crisp.
Step 2
Add cashews and cook until crisp.
Step 3
Add raisins and let them puff up.
Step 4
Add walnuts and cook until crisp.
Step 5
Add phool makhana and cook until crisp.
Step 6
Transfer the cooked nuts to a mixing bowl.
Step 7
Add salt to taste and kuti lal mirch. Mix well.
