Ingredients
Chilli Paneer Masala pouch
1 Packet
Water
2 cups (300 ml)
Oil
2 tbsp
Ginger
¼ tsp, finely chopped
Garlic
¼ tsp, finely chopped
Paneer
200 g, cubed
Onion
1 cup (100 g), diced
Capsicum
1 cup (100 g), diced
Carrot
1 cup (100 g), diced
Green Chilli
1, chopped (optional, for added spice)
Salt
to taste (optional, adjust as needed)
Spring Onion
for garnish, chopped
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Add Catch Chilli Paneer Masala pouch in 2 cups (300ml) of water and mix well
Step 2
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan Sauté ¼ tsp fine Chopped Ginger, Garlic. Stir fry 200g of paneer cubes, 1 cup (100g) of diced vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrot) & 1 Chopped green chilli (for spice up your dish) for 2-3 mins. Keep stirring
Step 3
Add masala mixture and stir well. Bring to boil & simmer for 2-3 mins (Adjust salt as per your taste if needed). Cook for 3-4 minutes or till required consistency. Garnish with chopped spring onion & serve hot with Steam Rice
