Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil, add rai, jeera, dana methi, saunf, and kalaunji.
Step 2
Add shaljam, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and amchur powder.
Step 3
Mix well and cook until shaljam is tender.
Step 4
Add jaggery and mix well.
Step 5
Garnish and serve hot.
