Makka Atta (Cornmeal)
1/2 cup
Boiled Mashed Potato
1/2 cup
Oil
For frying
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Wash sarso leaves, blanch, and blend into a paste.
Step 2
Sauté garlic in mustard oil. Add chopped sarso, Catch kintchen King spices, and blended paste.
Step 3
Mix in makka atta and mashed potato to form a dough.
Step 4
Shape into kebabs and fry until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve hot.
