Fennel seeds (saunf)

Green peas (mutter)
1/2 cup
Fresh turmeric (haldi)
1 cup, grated
Red chilli powder
1 tsp
Coriander powder
1 tsp
Garam masala powder
1 tsp
Salt
To taste
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, and fennel seeds.
Step 2
Add green peas and grated turmeric.
Step 3
Season with salt, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
Step 4
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in garam masala powder.
Step 6
Serve hot.
