Boiled and mashed potatoes

Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add jeera and hing, allowing them to sizzle.
Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes, ginger, and green chili to the pan. Sauté until the tomatoes soften.
Step 4
Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
Step 5
Add ¼ cup of water and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Incorporate the boiled and mashed potatoes, mixing thoroughly.
Step 7
Cook for 8-10 minutes, then add 1 cup of water.
Step 8
Let the curry simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Step 9
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
