Ghee/Butter

Chicken Curry Cut

40 gm
Roasted Black Pepper Crushed

Chopped Coriander

Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Marinate Chicken with 40gm Curd, Crushed Black Pepper, Catch Pink Rock Salt for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat half of ghee cook chicken on low to medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Once its done keep aside.
Step 3
Add remaining Ghee, pour Catch Kitchen Art White Gravy, 50 ml Water, 50 ml Milk cook for 2-3 minutes, stir continue.
Step 4
Add Chicken, Chopped Coriander , Roasted Crushed black Pepper, Catch Pink Rock Salt cooking cream.
Step 5
Cook for 3-4 minutes, Check Seasoning once its done, serve hot garnished with crushed black pepper & Butter.
