Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Marinate Chicken with Curd, white pepper Powder, Catch Coriander Powder, Catch Cumin Powder, Catch Pink Rock Salt, for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 2 and ½ tbsp. ghee add Cumin Seed, Cinnamon Stick, Green Cardamom, black peppercorn, Cloves, Ginger garlic paste, sauté for 20-25 seconds.
Step 3
Add Catch Kitchen Art White Gravy, Water, Milk cook for 2-3 minutes, stir continue.
Step 4
Add Chicken, whole green Chilli cook for 10-12 minutes on medium heat, stir occasionally.
Step 5
Add Cream, Butter, Check Seasoning once its done, serve hot garnished fresh Coriander.
