Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Add 50 ml water, Mutton, Salt, Catch Kashmiri Mirch Powder, Catch Turmeric, all Whole Spices except Kashmiri mirch whole in a Cooker and Cook till 4 Whistle on Medium Flame.
Step 2
Once Mutton is Cooked Empty this in bowl. Heat the cooker and add 1 tbsp. of ghee, add Whole Kashmiri Mirch and Catch Kitchen Art Palak Gravy and cook for 1 Minute.
Step 3
Now add Mutton Pieces, Catch Garam Masala Powder & Mutton Stock as Require cook 2 -3 minutes stir continuously.
Step 4
Now Close Lid and give 1-2 Whistle. Open the lid and stir, add remaining ghee and served hot with paratha or rice.
