Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat Oil in a pan on low heat add bay leaves, Green Elaichi, Badi Elaichi, Cumin Whole and fry for 5 -10 seconds on medium flame.
Step 2
Now Add fresh Tomato puree, cook till raw aroma disappears.
Step 3
Add all the Catch powdered spices - Kashmiri mirch powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander powder, Kasoori Methi, Salt, Garam Masala & cook till masala start releasing aroma.
Step 4
Now add Water and Catch Kitchen Art Makhani gravy, cook for 6-8 minutes, stir continue till desire consistency.
Step 5
Now Add Paneer, Cashewnuts, stir continue, and check seasoning. (Optional: Raisins)
Step 6
Garnish with Cream, & fresh Coriander. Serve Fresh
