1 pack (100ml)
Water
100 gm
Diced Paneer
150 gm
Green Chilli Sliced
4 pcs
Salt
As per taste
Grated paneer
15gm
Garam Masala
½ Teaspoon
Kasoori Methi
As per taste
Cream
20 ml
Fresh Coriander Chopped
For Garnish
Recipe Instructions
Step 1
Heat 2 tbsp. Olive Oil in a pan on low heat and add 1 bay leaf in the oil and let it fry for 5 seconds
Step 2
Now Add finely chopped Onion, sauté till the onions become light golden Brown
Step 3
Add ½ tsp of Catch Kashmiri mirch powder, ½ tsp of Catch Cumin Powder & ½ tsp of Catch Coriander powder
Step 4
Add 100ml of water
Step 5
Add Catch Kitchen Art Makhani Gravy, Green Chilli Slice, cook for 4 - 5 minutes, stir continue till you get the desired consistency
Step 6
New Add 15 Gms of Grated paneer, Catch Kasoori Methi & Catch garam masala, let it cook for 2 more minutes
Step 7
Check the Consistency and garnish it with Cream
Step 8
Garnish with a tsp of Cream & Fresh Coriander
